FAQ
Claims FAQ
Should I call my carrier or my agent first?
For emergencies and after hours, call your carrier's 24/7 claims line first. Then let us know so we can follow up for you.
Will filing a claim raise my premium?
It can, depending on the type of claim and your history. If you're unsure whether to file, call us and we'll talk it through.
How long do I have to report a claim?
Report as soon as possible. Many policies set deadlines for reporting, especially for wind and hail damage.
